I absolutely love photographing teenie tiny babies. There's just something about that wrinkly soft skin, sleepy eyes, lashes for days(!!!) and little features that are just irresistible!

I love photographing babies of any age. There's no rush with my style of relaxed, in-home photography so you can either capture these early days while they're still fresh and sleepy or you can wait a few weeks until you feel on a more even keel, particularly if your birth hasn't gone as smoothly (I was in that position myself after some post-birth complications making my recovery particularly difficult).

And when it comes to those common concerns about your home being "photo ready", PLEASE do not worry! You have a new baby, if you're anything like me, you use the cot for storage of all that baby stuff while they're still sleeping in your room and tidying is the last thing on your mind! I can work around mess, I can move mess, I can even tidy up a bit if needed.
I did for these guys, this is how their cot was (just like my own experience) so I moved everything (with their permission) and we got these gorgeous shots even though they didn't have the mattress yet...
