It's almost been like a mini safari in our garden lately, the twins are suddenly really interested in bugs and on the lookout for insects wherever they might find them. We seem to have had quite a few grasshoppers around lately, even coming in the house so we've placed them carefully back outside before they hop away. One quite large one was a very luscious green and looked so pretty on our hydrangeas, he hung around for quite a while letting me do a full on grasshopper photo shoot with my macro lens ;)
Kalyan had fun taking photos with my old camera too!
We get lots of visiting bees too, our various alliums help I think as they last a while for the bees to collect plenty of pollen and nectar.
