I don't actually have any photos of our finished pancakes because, well, we're gannets and wolfed them down before they got cold (plus the light had gone by then)! BUT I can assure you they were very tasty, if a bit lumpy. We had a first course of crepes filled with ham and cheese followed by dessert pancakes topped with syrup, lemon juice and whipped cream - DEEEELISH!
