Sour Cherry Cocktail Recipe

Serves 1-2


100g frozen sour cherries

150ml apple juice

1 large shot dark rum (30ml)

1 shot Kirsch (25ml)

6 ice cubes

1 small shot Amaretto (20ml)

top up with soda (optional)



Add all ingredients to a blender and blend.  (I love recipes with that method!)


Serve with a colourful adornments if you have any :)
