When it comes to branding sessions, I relish getting to really delve into the whole story behind a business. In the half day session I did for The Hurstwood, we covered a lot – the pub overall, the people, the garden and produce they grow, the kitchen in action and of course, the food & drink. I’ve included some collages below showing each of the above categories, all incorporating details showing the heart and soul of this place.
I think you can see from the photos that this place is special. The Hurstwood is a family run business with a brilliant ethos, they use as much local produce as possible, including their home grown produce and foraged ingredients as well as some touches from their Czech roots with specially selected beer and wines. They create truly beautiful dishes, have gorgeous décor and are just lovely people!
