“I’d been using the same couple of pictures throughout my website and relying on free stock photos so when I saw Jane’s photos by Bex on Instagram I was impressed and felt optimistic that Bex could help me.

​During our initial zoom call I felt that we got on well and the way Bex spoke about how she works got me excited, so I decided to book her Spectrum package.

​I felt well prepared for the shoot so I didn’t feel too nervous. I was really excited about having a variety of new photos to choose from.

​The whole experience with Bex was brilliant! I laughed pretty much the whole day and felt comfortable posing for photos in various set-ups, including a bathtub(!), which was testament to her ability to make me feel at ease.

​My favourite part was in the garden because it felt really empowering having photos without my wig on. It helps that one of them was picked up by Photo Vogue! To think for years I was fearful of being seen without my wig on, which makes these photos even more special. Bex truly captured my joy, what an amazing day it was!

​Receiving my gallery was like Christmas Day!  I absolutely love everything; my photos, showreel and Bex’s help with my website too! I’m continuing to update my website with her advice and I’ve been using the photos on my Instagram page already too, it’s so hard to pick a favourite. I can’t wait to use all of my new images for press contacts, my podcast, and future digital products.

“I had no idea how to go about a brand photography shoot, but I was excited to work on something new that had great potential to help my client’s marketing campaigns get more traction.  We had a short timescale and pressure to deliver on a limited budget. ​

“Before my photoshoot with Bex I didn’t feel particularly confident shouting about my services, but these days it’s more important than ever for me to stand out so I can make a good living as a translator.  

​I’d never had any photos done for my business before but my business mentor pointed out that if I wanted to be seen as “personable”, I should probably have some more photos of myself online. 

​I was excited to work with Bex, I knew that she would be able to take photos that really matched my new branding and show off my personality and business. Plus I loved the sound of all the extras like the showreel and social media plan.
